RJ Sherr is the founder and CEO of Anchor Employment Services, Inc. and has extensive experience in the Staffing, Recruiting and Human Resources field. He started his career in the staffing industry twenty-eight years ago, while completing his B. A. Degree in Business Management. He has helped countless small and large businesses with their staffing and business development needs in both thriving and challenging economies.
You may have seen RJ previously on radio and TV, serving as the public voice for the State of Tennessee, Department of Labor and Workforce Development. He has just served as the 2018 Chairman of the American Staffing Association (ASA) Tennessee Council. He is a Certified Staffing Professional and has an Employment Law Accreditation with the American Staffing Association.
